Just bought a new Xbox one from Walmart and my gears of war ultimate is not uploading to my ...

It's not showing up on my system at all. Had tech support try and we reset the system but it still had not showed up on my system at all

Prepaid Code Not Redeemable

Hello, it's been a while since I have played xbox, and last year I had got the xbox one s. My mom usually buys the 1 year live cards (physical) version that you redeem yourself by putting in the code. It has worked numerous times when I've done it with my
360. That is not the case though. My mom had finally gotten me 1 year xbox live at the beginning of this month and for some reason it said
"this code is not yet active. Contact the merchant to activate this code." I had wondered why and she told me she just bought it through the self checkout and I told her she couldn't do that. She must go and get it scanned to active it. She does the
next day, she shows the guys the error picture so they wouldn't think it's sketch, and when she gets home, she hands me the card. I haven't touched or looked at the card until tonight and realized it a whole new card. I scratch off to reveal the code and input
it in to redeem it and YET AGAIN, the same "code not active" message pops up. She payed for that card and it became a complete waste. We always buy our cards at Walmart and it's a pretty good Walmart. I just want to know how I can resolve this issue because
what the point of buying a whole new console (that's hella slow tbh) and not have xbox live? Should have just switched to PS4 this year so I wouldn't worry about live.

 

Haven't gotten Gears of war codes

I haven't gotten the Gears of war 4 Beta Early And all the gears of war games downloadable copies for Xbox One from playing Gears of war ultimate edition, i contacted Xbox Support and i was told this forum i can get my problem resolved and get the codes
for playing GOW Ultimate Edition.

 

I purchased the same for my son for Christmas. A friend recommended that I set it up and download the game as it would take a couple hours to start playing. After three days it had only downloaded 28% of the game. I followed the instructions in all the help
sections, restarted the console, uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Big help that was as I just lost the progress and now i'm back to square 1. Tried to contact support and so far can't get anyone to contact me.
