    Just bought my little ones a movie since they're home sick today. But it won't play. Can't get through to tech support, the chat box won't connect. Just bought a movie, can't play it - 0xc10100b2 :(

    Movie issue

    First and foremost, the fact that there isn't a forum titled "Movies & TV" seems very.....unwise.

    The issues is that I bought a movie today and can't play it. It's not a pre-order, but a movie that was released on the Movies & TV app yesterday. There was apparently an issue with this service earlier. The support website has signaled that everything is
    running fine again, but I still can't play this movie, that I paid for. Why?

    Purchases are not rewarded if they are made prior to being a member of the program. If you did it within a few minutes it could possibly work, but I would expect not.

    Subsequently, you posted in the "Discussion forum" which is NOT monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your topic in the "Support Forum" by changing your post type to "Support". Once you do that the reward team can give you a definitive answer.

    Hi,

    It appears that the issue is specifically with Xbox one movies app. We could try to reset Windows Store to clear store cache, here are steps below:

    1. Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.



    2. Click on Command prompt (Admin).



    3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.



    4. Restart your computer and reinstall the games.



    Let us know how it turns out.
