    I just ordered Call of Duty : Black Ops 3 Launch Edition, it says that the order has been declined but the money have been withdrawn from my card.

    Did not recieve what I purchased

    I purchased a pack from in-game NHL 2014, I did not recieve the pack but the money has been withdrawn from my account. How do I get what I bought, or how do I get back my money? Thanks in advance

    Bought a game, but havent gotten it.

    Hey guys.

    I just bought Borderlands 2 for the awesome price of 9 dollars, and I can see that the money has been withdrawn from my account, but I have no idea where the game is. I checked my download quoue and my personal game library, but nothing's there.

    Am I missing something?

    When did you make the purchase?

    Have you tried checking the item again in the store to see if you can now install it?

    If you check account.Microsoft.com, it will show all the transactions on your account, double check on there that is has completed the purchase to take the money.

    If is shows it went through but you cannot download the game, give Xbox Support a call, they will be able to check your purchase history and hopefully get that fixed.

    It says that it has been declined but it shows the paying information, and no i still can't download it and it says buy and it shows the price.

    Tank you everyone who tried to help, it turned out the problem was from the bank, my money was pending this is why i couldn't see it in my bank account and Xbox have declined the purchase.
