just bought a new Xbox one x , july 28 2018 and it show Under warranty till 03/11/2019 … mean march 11 or novemver 3 2019?

does the Xbox one x has 1 year Under warranty?

Hi!

i just purchased an XBOX ONE X, and if i check the warranty on my microsoft account it says :

(3 years) Manufacturer Warranty until 01/23/2020. that's not 3 years, that's about 1.5 year ???

I also have an XBOX ONE S which is about 1 year old and its warranty is valid until 01/17/2020

how is it possible that a 1 year old console has almost the same warranty date than a brand new one ??

hi there, i saw an advert on facebook one guy is selling a brand new xbox one x sealed. i just wanted to know that how would i know that it will be under warranty or not? is there anyway i can put serial number on website and check. thanks in advance

The xbox should have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

I bought a brand new one from ebay and it shows as 11 months warranty. So the warranty must start when the original buyer purchased it.

I have just purchased a new Xbox One X (was delivered yesterday (30/12/2019) and have registered it today.

But according to my Microsoft account, the Warranty ends on the 01/11/2020 ?!? ... thats only 10 months; surely thats not correct!

Yes, I just noticed the same thing! I purchased it at Walmart and bought the 3 year extended warranty, but cutting the original warranty by two months is not right.

If it is an issue with the brand new Xbox One X, you have voided your warranty.

Your warranty expired? The Xbox One X came out in november 2017. With 2 year warranty, that would mean the very first X will run out of warranty in november 2019.
