Just bought 1 year of gold, but console still tells me to join today

Prepaid code. When I go into the settings section to view my subscriptions it even says

"Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold

Expires on 9/10/2017

Paid with: Prepaid card"

Yet any time I try to play a game online, it kicks me to the dashboard and tells me to upgrade to gold. I've never before had this problem. The only thing different this time around is I've recently changed the email associated with my account. Not
sure how that could possibly be affecting this, but that is the only thing different this time around.

I've already tried what was suggested to someone else. Deleted my account off the console, held the power button until it turned off completely. Unplugged the power brick, waited 5 minutes. Plugged it back in and recovered my account. Didn't solve
the issue.

xbox one account help

so I just bought an xbox live gold membership 1 year its added but on my xbox one the go gold section is still there even though iv added an year of gold on

Bought xbox live early year for 1 year and today it says i need to purchase xbox live help

I bought xbox gold/live early january, an entire subscription for 1 year but for some reason today I try to play an online game and it says i need to purchase xbox live/ gold i cant even start my own party or join one, someone help

Try this. Log out of all profiles and then remove your profile from the console and perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back
of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and test the results.

P.S. Sometimes it takes a little time for everything to sync up.

But the gold was still for 5 months I just wanted to cancel the ultimate. I bought gold for 1 year 60 euros so they should return the 25 eiro. They should be warning me about canceling my gold. So they just robed me of 25 euros so will they return the
money because there didn't WARN me about losing my gold?

Yea, i just bought 12 month in the subscription it os good it will end next year but when i play online game it tells me to buy gold

Hi so im trying to get a game from games with gold but it tells to join ultimate which my ultimate expired a couple weeks ago but i bought the 12 month xbox live gold thing but its not letting me get the free games and telling me to join ultimate or buy gold

When did you buy the 12 months Live Gold? Was it 4 months ago? I only ask as Live Gold bought whilst a GP Ultimate is active automatically changes the Gold to UGP...so 12 months Gold becomes 4 months UGP (based on price). If not, then please ignore me...just that I've seen a few recently who weren't aware Gold gets changed if a GPU is active and wondered why they had no Gold
