just been out to Microsoft support about a problem with a elite controller just to be fobbed ...

I have been in contact with Capcom way back in the beginning of January over the same issue they fobbed me off to microsoft who then fobbed me back to Capcom and they said they would contact Microsoft for me as it is Microsoft that deal with game support
for dead rising 3,. Still have not heard a frigging thing. I only have 4 PP trials to do and bugger me if i am going to grind it all back out again. They do know about this problem but just seems like they can not be bothered fixing it. The only solution i
have seen ON FORUMS ON MANY OTHER WEBSITES ABOUT THIS BUG is to completely restart the game. They really need to get their finger out and get this patched

all controllers updated, all have power....., even while connected through wired controllers the problem persists, im not the only one with this issue, just type it into google and you will see many people with the same issue so stop fobbing people off
saying its this and its that...its a microsoft problem and they are doing nothing to fix it

Just to clarify the Microsoft launch the new Xbox Elite controller series 2 this year.

The original elite dont have bluetooth i belive the problem was a misunderstood what controller you have and why dont have the bluetooth.

Apparently the engineering team is working on a resolution to fix this type of problem right now.

just the console nothing else. remove all accessories you may have plus your hard drive and cables.
