Just been charged £391 from Xbox Support

Hello guys wondering if anyone can help or if anyone else has had this issue... I have just had £391 taken from my bank account from xbox support. Now I'm not sure why but i have a feeling it has something to do with when i had an advanced order replacement
started last december for my xbox one...

The thing is I canceled the advanced order almost straight away and received an email confirming the cancelation and the hold charge was taken off my account (this was back in december) however all of a sudden I have just been charged the £391 today...I
can't log into the service centre it says access denied when I try... has something happened at xbox lately?

Multiple payments for game?

It sounds like you could have been charged twice for the same game. I would suggest contacting your bank just to check and if your bank says that you have been charged twice.

then contact xbox support through the support website or by phone and they should be able to help you

 

I somehow got a free Elder Scrolls Online..?

The lady from Xbox support said shes putting a note on my account just in case a charge pops up. They had me change my password. And she said if im charged it will be voided and I can keep the game lol..

Im not even likely to play it..

 

I just had a look on the Support pages and it does say ...

"Microsoft call is temporarily unavailable" .... Not sure if it's just closed at the moment or there's a problem but I'd keep an eye on it and call as soon as you can to sort this out.

There is another option though, "Chat with Microsoft Support" wait time is only 6 minutes.

I'd do this if I were you. Just look at top of this page, "Support" .. "Xbox One" .. "Contact Us"..

If you have been billed and they shouldn't have billed you then you need to contact your bank and instruct them to reverse the payment.

 

For something like this you are better of phoning support

 

Yeah I find phone support at XBox.com really good as is the online chat
