Sincere apologies to hear about the issue, and the frustration this has caused. We definitely want to make sure this is properly looked into. Could you, and anyone else that may be experiencing this issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Jigsaw? If
the issue persists, please post back which region you're located in, and which version of Windows your PC is running (Windows 8, 8.1, or Windows 10).

   apps built in to Windows can't be uninstalled.

7. Within the Windows Store, search 'Microsoft Jigsaw' to install the game back on.

I was finally able (after 3 weeks) to find a workaround:

When the game is about to start (or the moment when the ad comes up) get offline (enter flight mode or plug the network cable). After that game starts normally. When I finished the game I reconnected and the points were saved.

Did that twice and the game works normally again (even if online)... Probably till the next ad kicks in.

After you give what Mister Beep has posted a shot and you can confirm that it doesn't resolve what you're seeing, please get us a copy of your DxDiag. You can do that by following the below steps:

- Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard, or click in the Search box on your task bar

- Type 'dxdiag' (without the apostrophes) and hit enter

- Click "Save all information" once it's completed gathering everything (there is a progress bar on the bottom left you will see)

- Save it to a location you will quickly remember, titled with your Gamertag and DxDiag (the name should look like
DxDiag if it were my text file)

- Upload the text file to a file sharing site of your choice (we suggest using
OneDrive)

- Post back with the link to the text file

noticed you dont have any ravagers.and is the bee just a bee or does it have resist effects?

cuz if you have just a plain old bee,id trade you a fire bee or grounded bee for it.i completed my collection yesterday,minus the twister.but im still looking for a regular bee,a twister and teeth of terramorphous.

Just block the gamer tag. Remember that a lot of different people use online games, some normal some can be more unsavoury types. Remind your son that those characters in the game are actual people sat somewhere in front of a console. be respectful and simply
ignore anyone with a bee in there bonnet.
