Just became a Community Ambassador and it won't let me chat with people.

When I go into my Ambassador Bank it shows the questions people post, but when I click on them it says Sorry it looks like we couldn't validate your Ambassadorship! Please sign out and in if your still unable to use Ambassador chat after these steps please
make a post in the Ambassador Support Forum and include the following support code.

I signed out and in and it didn't work, then I tried clicking the link to put the support code in and that didn't work either. It said that no forum was found when I clicked the link.

I have just become an ambassador but i haven't got a chat with anyone and it won't let me go on the lederboards or my profile.

Ambassador status not recognized?

I signed up and became an ambassador a while ago. I answered some questions and kept at it for a few weeks then just sort of forgot about it (mainly due to incompatibility with chrome). I came back to start back up and now it won't let me into the ambassabank
saying that I'm not an ambassador and need to apply. When I click the apply link it says I am one and won't let me do anything making me permanently locked out of the system.

Hi there,

since it doesn't show the Ambassador laurels on your account, it could indicate that not all things are fully processed yet.

I advise waiting a few business days and if it doesn't work in a few days (the ambassador support forums

forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx or the ambassabank) you will likely need to PM one of the official support people in the forums (like Miss Ermine or Mister Fizzle)

Ambassadors are supposed to be helpful,knowledgeable members of the community that help on the support forums or through chat.

Unfortunately microsoft recently started giving out rewards for helping people,and so the programme has become full of people in it for the wrong reasons.

There are many good ambassadors on here, but the others are helping make the programme a joke.

Hey RITZYBISCUIT77,

The reason you may have this problem is because there may be too many ambassadors already and no more are needed at the time, but that doesn't mean you wont become one! It may take a couple more days because there many inactive ambassadors who may get removed
or ambassadors with a chat rating of 2.0 or lower. Don't worry! I was in the same exact place! Now since I waited patiently I became an ambassador!

Cant wait to see another ambassador who will help the community!

^^ Yeah, I know of a few people who are thinking of leaving the program because they get hated on just for being an ambassador. Why some people feel like being negative just because someone is an ambassador is beyond me. I like the chat feature so people
can hate away. I couldn't care less.
