Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to make sure that we provide the correct solution. Are you using an Xbox One, Xbox 360 or a Windows 10 computer? What action are you attempting to perform when this error code
appears? Do you mean that you had an Xbox One repair completed recently? Be sure to let us know the results Urdain!

I found a forum thread from last week about the same issue you're experiencing. Read through, I think you might find some helpful troubleshooting tips to get this solved. If nothing works from the previous thread, let us know and we'll figure it out.

In fact when I use the xbox companion application an error appears and I cannot connect, I use a pc under windows 10

I just experienced the same problem on Windows 10 and managed to fix it.

From Settings > Apps and Features:

1. Gaming Services
   
   1. Advanced Options: Reset
      
2. Windows Store
   
   1. Advanced Options: Reset
      
3. XBox App
   
   1. Advanced Options: Reset
      
4. XBox Companion (just in case)
   
   1. Advanced Options: Reset
      

Task Manager (right-click taskbar > Task Manager)

1. Closed all XBox Apps and Processes
   
2. Closed Gaming Services
   
3. Closed Service Host: Xbox Live Auth Manager
   

Restarted Computer

Pinned XBox App back to Taskbar

Tested game to ensure works.
