Jurassic World Evolution 2 save has crashed (Series S)

My JWE2 saves have been wiped out. The game behaves as if I have never played it in the past 2 days and even when "starting a new game", it shows an error that autosave fails. This all started about 6pm (EST). The game was working fine at 4:30 pm when I left to pick up kid. His game vanished and thats what brought it to my attention.

Click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons>saved data and delete the progress from your console only, clear your console cache, restart and try again.

To clean the MAC follow this path

Settings>general>network settings>advanced settings>alternative MAC address and click clear and restart the console when prompted.

If after these steps the progress isn't recovered, I'm afraid there's no way to recover as it's already been overwritten with the progress that's in the cloud.

I would try Halo Wars and Halo Wars 2, and some other games that are like it but maybe not the exact are Jurassic world Evolution and the Tropico game series as they are just bird eye management games.

I have also got this error, it all started after the new update. The game will last for about 20 minutes and then crash.

This happens on new games as well
