Jurassic World evolution 2 keeps crashing

Hello,

I’m looking for some help… Desperately. Jurassic World evolution 2, chaos theory, Germany keep crashing and restarting.

I’ve power cycled the Xbox one.

Manage to save the file as a different name before it shuts down.

Opened the new and original game on a different Xbox via the cloud.

Same issue. Will play from 30 seconds to five minutes and then shuts down again.

Really looking for some help. This is super frustrating.

I have also got this error, it all started after the new update. The game will last for about 20 minutes and then crash.

Ahora es literalmente imposible de jugar para mí, ya que lo intenté de nuevo y solo duró 5 minutos esta vez. Reinstalar el juego no funciona. Tampoco entiendo por qué NAT tendría algo que ver con esto.

I bought the game recently (a week ago more or less). I have not played the game before, so I cannot say if this problem is for the last update.

I am playing with a Xbox One and I did not have these issues with the first game.

I have written for some help (I uninstalated the game and I deleted all teh data) and I am said that they are working and the problem will be solved "soon".

(I think that it os going to be a month because in the first game, the first update to fix some bugs come out in September while the the game come out in early summer)

Today I have tried again with the game restarted with only a tiny park and a few dinosaurs...

It took 5 minutes exactly to get freezed and then to turn off my Xbox.

I hope that I can play it soon, because I really wanted to play it had to wait for discount to get it

I’m also having the same issue. I can play anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes, then it freezes and the whole console will shut down. It’s been happening for about a week now. It doesn’t happen on any other games.

No luck.

Same thing happens.

It’s worth noting that If I start a different chaos theory level, the problem doesn’t exist.

Friend, this seems to be a network error only.

Is there a warning with an error code when the game closes?

Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

Select Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network Settings.

Select NAT Test Type.

Tell me what appears on this test, please
