    Jurassic Park Operation Genesis Xbox Crashes?


    Why does my Xbox Jurassic Park Operation Genesis game not work? I have to take the disc out, put it back in, take it out, put it back in, repeatedly 10 times until the console reads it.

    Is it the Xbox or the disc? The console is 12 years old.

    The disc does work, because I've managed to play it recently.

    I need to know this as there are some people interested in it and I don't want to give them a faulty game

    Well, my other Xbox games work fine (except for Midtown Madness 3; that one crashes when I begin any Paris missions, which I've heard is a common problem?).

    Maybe it's the disc itself. Is there any solution to fix it? Buffing the disc?

    I would say it's likely your disc drive is about to die. unless other discs work properly

    I'm assuming this is an original Xbox, which is the only console the game will function on
