    Jurassic Park Operation Genesis Won't Save When I Shut Down


    I am playing Jurassic Park Operation Genesis on my Xbox 360 but despite me saving my game, each time I come back to play, I have to start all over again. Is there a fix for this?

    So, is this only happening within this one game?

    Are any other games having this save issue?

    I would recommend making sure your game and console are as up to date as possible.

    Try Solution 7 on the page titled
    Troubleshoot problems with an update to your Xbox 360 console

    If that doesn't work you might want to uninstall and reinstall the game following the steps here at

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-setup/install-play-delete-game

    Give those steps a try and let me know how that helped out with the issue.
