Which console do you have?
May I know which troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

In the meantime try this:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Same here when I play my other games it doesn’t but when I play JWE2 it does it freeze then turns off like 1 minute later

Same with me, downloaded today September 7th. Keeps crashing after half hour or so, so infuriating as I love this game. Need this to be fixed!!!

Super upsetting, I can’t play anymore and I’m obsessed with the game. I’ll be on the game for five minutes and then it shuts my entire Xbox off. I wish the developers would fix this soon.

I’m having the same problem, I went on the game today for about 3 hours then got onto the chaos theory 4 and about 5 minutes in it crashed and switched off my Xbox so I tried it 3 more times and each time it switched it off?
