    This is just my feeling of what apparently Microsoft thinks of the easy, medium, hard, etch of the various problems listed daily. after many years of playing spider solitaire and daily challenges, and the daily problems with my crappy Surface pro 4, lack
    of support by Microsoft and the daily problems with changes to Windows 10, I need to go back to the company where I got my first computer, a Mac, which has a more stable operating system. My step-son worked for Microsoft for over 10 years as a manager on
    the east coast. after he left Microsoft, he started using Apple and said he would never go back. Being 75 years old, I have to find something that works better. I probably have 10 computers in my house, only 2 iPad, so that is a start.

    Figures, microsoft is so worried about social media updates that keep [MOD REMOVED] up my console. They care about apps and videos and neglect the gamer. Gives me an excuse to buy a ps4!!!

    out of warranty Xbox One. Microsoft did a update and now my system that was working is no longer working and they will not do a thing about it to fix it. I spent two and a half hours on the phone and all they did was keep repeating themselves they can't
    even speak English how embarrassing for Microsoft. I can promise you I will bash Microsoft at every turn and I will never buy their product again and I will not let anybody in my family waste their money on anything that Microsoft has to sell they charge way
    too much for it and then when it has a problem when they caused it they will not do anything to help you I am so sad.

    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

    I would highly recommend getting the Xbox Elite controller if you play FPS games or play for extended periods of time.

    I can understand your frustration because I have had left thumb sticks drift and a bumper fall out of a controller while playing games. If these issues are occurring in under a month, like you stated, your newest controller may still be under warranty. Follow
    these trouble shooting steps     and enter the serial number on the back of your controller if prompted to find out.
