Microsoft, can you put at least Battlefield 4 or Forza 5 as June's Games with Gold?

 

@Daft, I was late to the Dragon Age party. I've only played Inquisition. Do you think it'd be worth it to play DAO at this point, or would it just be kind of meh.

I only ask because I'm not really one for "prequels" unless they're really good... and for me... well, DAO would be a prequel. Not to mention I'd be missing a game in between, unless the rest of the 'Dragon Age Sandwich' would eventually show up in GWG or
DWG.

 

It is a little bit different gameplay wise to Inquisition,it was the first in the series & it does show but I would definitely give it a go.

If you've played Inquisition then playing origins will explain a fair few things that were mentioned in DAI & there'll be some familiar characters.

If I remember it starts differently depending on what race & what class you play as.And you get a dog

 

It depends on how much value you place on last-generation bells and whistles (or lack thereof). Back in the day, I lived and breathed Origins. It was a great launchpad for the series and utterly unmissable as a narrative experience. I still remember how
effortless it was to effectively 'lock on' to an enemy and see your hero tracking them regardless. It took so much of the heavy lifting out of micromanagement. Or maybe I just like being led by the hand?

In terms of character building, I've played through all three games and it was a *huge* disappointment that I didn't stumble across the Deep Roads trader and his "son" (I forget their names, grr) in Inquisition. "Enchantment? Enchantment!" is a phrase that
was sorely missed. But yeah, Origins for nada is a steal. Go for it! =)
