As a subscribed gold member, why am I being charged to download the free gold game this month?

Im trying to get Just Cause 2 games with gold

 

Just Cause 3 Bundled With Just Cause 2

Hello, I purchased just cause 3 on 11/29/15 and I was wondering because it has been 7 -10 days. what was the time just casue 2 will be in becasue it has not been recieved by me Just cause 2 code that is and I chatted with Ariel on
xbox support and she said to send an email to you guys or women. Will the just cause 2 code be sent to me?

If this is the account you're trying to purchase the game with, you're not showing as gold here. You may want to try checking your subscription at
Sign in to your Microsoft account for any errors. If there are no errors with your subscription, but you're still not showing as gold (if you're on a trial your status will not change to gold), you'll

Free trials given with games dont give you gold status it must be paid memberships

 

As I stated in my original post, I am a subscribed member and for some reason I am being charged for the free game this month. I am not on a free trial, my account is paid until September just as it shows on my account page.

 

You're showing as gold now. Are you still having issues with the game?

 

I just got it to work from the xbox.com website, must have been a glitch with my gold status. Curse you technology! Thank you to you guys who took the time to offer your help.
