    Hilfe ich kann Jump Force Ultimate Edtion nicht mehr downloaden und das spiel wird auch nicht mehr als gekauft angeziegt, jetzt weis ich nicht wie ich den aupport per Email erreichen kann. (INFOS: Spiel hatte ich mir mal vorbestellt für 110 €, habe jetzt
    einen neuen Kontroller und habe den alten aus meiner Konsole gelöscht weil defekt, habe den kauf noch als Bestätigung in meiner kaufliste wird aber nicht im store angezeigt.)

    Translation:

    Hi. You would have to contact Xbox.com Support section and they can help you with that. I don't know if they have live chat anymore, but ther is a form you fill out and describe your problem with the game and should get back to you within 3 days.

    Had you ever downloaded the game? Was the preorder maybe canceled? I would check you bank account if there was a payment made on the game. If this is the case you should contact the support.
