Thank you for responding. The 9 DLC characters will be released over the coming months, the first batch of which is scheduled to release sometime in May. As far as the game not allowing you to play online, do you receive an error message when in the Online
Battle counter? You are more than welcomed to check out our

no, im able to play multiplayer on other games

It says I own the character pass that costs 30 bucks. But it still wont let me play with those characters, nor let me play online. I think I would just like a refund, as it seems we cant get it figured out. And I paid almost 100 bucks for a game that wont
let me do what I paid for

Hi OlePatrole,

Having Xbox Live Gold through game share should still allow you to play online and since you own the deluxe edition pre-order then you should have the items if they were installed or unlocked within the game with the license.

Press the Menu button on your controller while hovering over the game and then select manage games and add-ons. On the left check to make sure any add-ons are all installed. Sometimes some items need to be claimed in game.

Also make sure the person who is sharing Gold with you didn't change their Home console. If they changed their Home console then you are no longer getting access to Xbox Live through their account.
