Jump force online

My jump force account online wont work. It keep saying error occured and i cant play online. I tried numerous ways an i cant get online. I created a new account but i really wanna play on my old one

Please help

Also this problem occurs right after i played against someone and the network kept logging us out. Then then i got back on again on the same day it worked fine but it seems like it wont have me vs anyone for a while. It like its trying but cant. I checked
my network and its good.

Hello Grim,

If the DLC characters for the game seem to be the cause to the issue being experienced, and if you have already attempted to
uninstall and install the DLC characters as well as the game itself without success, it may be best in this case to reach out to the
game developers.

In this case, attempt to reach out to Bandai Namco for more information as to why the characters are causing errors when trying to play online multiplayer.

Try this for us and then let us know if this helps.

Ive done that and it doesn't change plus this is the only game to which this issue has ever occurred with me.

Im having the exact same issue and so is alot of people i know and to my knowledge no one is trying to fix this i recently deleted all my add-ons and had to restart the game from beginning and could get online while online i seen a player with a add on
outfit on so i reinstalled my add-ons and now cannot play online anymore tried deleting them again but when they are gone it makes me delete my game save because add-ons are missing.

I have tried that as well as reinstalling the game on multiple occasions. Nothing has changed.

Clear cache or re install jump force? It's an amazing game I love everything about it
