Jump Force keeps freezing/crashing during story, can't advance, help please

Playing Jump Force on Xbox One X, on chapter 10 for story, at cinematic where Vegeta is talking to Sasuke in New York map against venoms, once the cinemtatic finishes, it goes to now loading, but freezes everytime it gets to this it freezes in the loading
screen and game crashes. This is the first and only time in the game this happened. Of course now every time I try to continue interrupted mission at the navigator I go through the same game freezing loading screen over and over at the same spot.

It just seems to be in this spot. It doesn't freeze elsewhere. I've played countless free missions since I lost the ability to continue the story, never freezes. Just in the story.

Troubleshooting-

I have a digital game.

Not a network issue as it is the story mode.

I've restarted the game.

I've restarted my console.

I've tried loading my character online and in offline mode.

I've tried skipping the cinematic amd going directly to loading screen.

I've deleted the save data locally, completely uninstalled the game, reinstalled, restarted.

I've removed my account, rebooted, signed in again.

None of this works, the other suggestions about resetting the console to factory image seems like a waste of time as this is clearly a game issue. Haven't seen this kind of issue before. Support doesn't give an option to report a game breaking bug to the
publisher.

Has anyone else had this issue? All I want is to be able to finish the last chapter of the game.
