Jump Force Freeze-up

I'm running through the missions on Jump Force. I am into chapter 8, and the game cannot progress without freezing up and shutting off the game. It is a digital download, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the game cannot go past this
point. I can still play online, but I cannot advance past this mission point.

I am terrible sorry that you are experiencing this situation with this digital game. I actually have the digital game as well (ultimate game pass user) and I have not experienced this situation yet but I hope this issue will be resolved. The best thing to
do in this particular situation would to report it on the Xbox one market place review board and email Jump Force support, to make sure that they are aware of this problem. It's most likely a glitch on the developers end, rather Microsoft's end. They would
be the only ones to make a patch and go from their. I hope this response could be helpful.

Nope we both have open I contacted Bandai and they said its bakugo and boo dlc characters but we dont have them downloaded
