Jump force campaign forced home screen

I am so close to finishing the campaign in jump force but everytime I try to play the mission it forces me to my home screen. This is happening to my son on a different xbox and his friend on a different xbox. Same level. I have done everything. Uninstalled/reinstalled,
I did the hard reset. Then I went into settings and reset the entire Xbox. It still won't work. I need help. Thanks

This sounds like it is an issue with the game and therefore you should reach out to Jump Force's support.

Nope we both have open I contacted Bandai and they said its bakugo and boo dlc characters but we dont have them downloaded
