Jump Around achievement won't unlock

In Watchdogs 2 I have all the achievements unlocked except for the Jump around achievement. I tried for the achievement several times and it still didn't unlock

I really don't care if people jump. It's a stupid strategy and it doesn't work. If it works on you then... I'm not sure what to say. Obviously people are going to jump if they're in the open to throw off snipers.

Achievements in this game don't work. And in over two months since game's release, Ubisuck hasn't done a damn thing about it, except blame the players, Xbox Live, and anyone/thing else. I'm gonna puke.
