July update.

My Xbox One downloaded the July update. Big mistake it started acting up and began crashing. I followed the reset and update instructions only to make things worse. Whats the fix to the bad update?

I would advise to try the Factory Reset option to see if that helps, see this link for the steps:

That usually reinstalls the update
