july 28 console update problem

My xbox console won't restart after completing the verifying step for the update. It will just power off and will be like that for like 5mins or more. Every time I turn the console on it takes me back to the green screen with the xbox logo on it and I have
to do the whole update process over again but it still does the same thing.

I'm having trouble with the newest update. My xbox console wont restart after it completes the verifying step for the update, it will just power off and wont turn back on. Whenever I turn it back on the green screen with the xbox logo on it appears and then
it transitions to the "This console needs an update" slide. Then I have to redo the update process and it still does the same thing. I don't know how to fix it.
