    Ich hab bereits mehrfach nach Unterstützung zu den Jugendschutzeinstellugen zu XBox gesucht, die in Horizon 4 den Zugriff auf Online, Auktionshaus, Tunings usw verhindern.Die Empfehlung man möge sich in seinen Microsoft-Account einloggen oder Notfalls den
    Support kontaktieren einer MS-Moderatorin habe ich auch durch.

    Ich bin 53, habe keine Kinder, und ganz sicher keine Jugendschutzeinstellungen. Im Account auch nichts darüber zu finden. Ich kann mir eine Familie einrichten? Hab ich net, brauch ich net. Ich hatte noch nie irgendeinen wie auch immer gearteten Jugendschutz
    auf meinem Konto. Wie erwähnt, ich bin älter als Microsoft.

    Ich habe dann den Support kontaktiert. Laut dem Support ist mein Problem ein Problem des Spieles Horizon 4, und Drittanbieterspiele werden nicht vom Support behandelt. Hä? Steht aber Microsoft [Mod Removed - Profanity] drauf, wird über
    den Store vertrieben. UND - diese Jugendschutzeinstellung wird "Jugendschutzeinstellung von Xbox" genannt. Auch keine Hinweise wo Jugendschutzeinstellungen sonst zu finden sein könnten.

    War mir dann bisher recht wurscht, ich konnte Monatelang wenigstens Horizon Live spielen. Das geht seit enigen Tagen nun auch nicht mehr, mit dem selben Hinweis.

    Da bin ich wohl der Mops jetzt? Oder konnte schon jemand das Problem lösen?

    Extra neu installiertes , naturbelassenes WIn10Pro , i5 , Nvidia. Keine Programme ausser Horizon 4.

    I then contacted the support. According to support, my problem is a Horizon 4 game issue, and third-party games are not dealt with by support. Huh? But if Microsoft [Mod Removed - Profanity] is on it, it will be distributed
    through the store. AND-this youth protection setting is called "Youth Protection Adoption of Xbox ." Also no clues where youth protection settings could otherwise be found.

    If I had been quite, I was able to play at least Horizon Live for months. This has not been possible since ten days, with the same hint.

    I think I'm the pug now? Or could anyone solve the problem?

    i'm sorry, i did not see forum is in english language.

    I tryed to tell you, i was checking all my account Data already and not only one time, i am 53 Years old, and i never made any online safety and privacy settings. There is and was no need, there are no Kids.

    Entering the Settings of my account there is a Button to start (not to change) my Family-settings.

    XBOX Live Status shows "Alle Dienste und Spiele sind aktiv" - All Services and Games are active. All Entrys are checked green with a "Normal"

    I called the Service-Hotline weeks ago, and they told me there is nothing they can do to help me, its a third-Party problem. I thought Xbox and Forza are both Microsoft, and when there is a Third-Party i think Microsoft should be able to tell them how to
    use the XBOX-Settings in their game.

    Trying to solve my problem i use an new computer with a complete new installed Win10, only Drivers and Horizon 4 is installed. Teredo-protocol is activated in my Router. Internet is Asynchronous Cable 200/20, there are no restrictions.

    Xbox LIVE Update Public Beta

    1-2 Werktage dauert es, bis die Xbox registriert wird. So steht es auch auf der connect-Seite. Das war beim letzten Mal auch so. Danach hast du schonmal Zugang zum Preview-Forum und der Channel ist im Dashboard zu sehen.

    Später kommt dann irgendwann das Update. Es heißt also, abwarten und geduldig sein.
