Los juegos se quedan congelados en la zona de carga

Hoy encendi mi xbox como siempre con mi perfil de xbox live y cuando intento acceder a los juegos y las aplicaciones pues no cargan, se kedan congelados practicamente la unica forma en ke funcionan es en offline, alguien me puede decir que es lo ke está
pasando???
