the problem that is causing this could be in the OS of the console so we suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having trouble with recovering an Xbox 360 profile on your Xbox One. I recommend you go to your "Settings" then select the "System" option once there press "A" on "Storage"
and go to clear local Xbox 360 game saves. Once the console restarts launch your Xbox 360 Backwards Compatible game and when you get to the start screen press the two center little buttons the "View" and "Menu" buttons at the same time and go to Download Profile.
