Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are interested in knowing how you can get downloadable content for a game after you purchase it. There are some developers that will release the content immediately, and some will release
it in the future. You should be able to download the content as soon as it becomes available. The content will appear in your games and apps
list. If the content is available from the moment that the game is released, you will be able to download it with the game once you purchase it. We hope this helps!

In addition to what is already mentioned.

Any content that is part of a version (Ultimate or Deluxe etc) will usually show up in the Manage Game section, which you can enter by highlighting the game in My Games and Apps, press the Menu button (three lines icon) and then select Manage Game. This
will show a section where you can manage the game and also see what DLC is available to be installed.

The content included by a Deluxe edition can be different per game, plus the developer of the game may also decide to add additional content which may not be included with the 'Deluxe' or 'Ultimate' edititons for a game
