Hace poco mas de 15 dias compré en oferta prince of persia the forgotten sands, me cobro en la tarjeta de crédito y aparece en mi historial de facturación, pero cuando entro a la tienda en la xbox 360 y en la de xbox one, ya que es retrocompatible, en ninguna
consola me sale la opción de descargar, en ambas me dice que lo compre, como si no lo hubiera comprado ya.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread.

If you are unable to see it on your console, then via your
Order history, you may be able to open up a page that takes you directly to the Microsoft Store online.

If you are unable to be linked directly to that page, you can use the
Xbox website to find the game you purchased, and while you are still signed into your account, choose to install it remotely to your console.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums, We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with downloading a game onto your console that you purchased digitally.

Are you unable to see these title via your Ready to install section? You should be able to install games you purchased digitally that you are unable to install via the
Store.

Additionally, there is also a way for you to
install your game remotely onto your console.

No el juego no aparece tampoco en listo para instalar he probado todo en ambas consolas y si revisa mi facturación si eata pagado pero no puedo verlo en ningún lado para descargar.
