[mod removed] is Ddosing me and my friends, He has been doing this for several days now and it is beginning to get seriously frustrating. I have reported this player before but still no actions have been taken.

    Customer Service Sent Me Here

I've been chatting with customer service for upwards of 45 minutes now and they sent me here to see why my account was pending since I've accepted the update. I know, this is probably a terrible question and the wrong place to ask it but I'm out of options.
They said only a mod can verify my account and take it out of pending status? I don't know, they haven't been much help and any help here would be very awesome. This is regarding the Preview Program that is.

As long as you've filed a complaint, the enforcement team will investigate (they do not take reports via the forum and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forum), but DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not Live. So you would want
to contact your ISP to alert them of the issue.

He can only be banned if he's done something on Live. Since DDoS attacks are done through your internet and not Live, they can't actually ban him.

I thought it was against Xbox's code of conduct to Ddos

If it was something that they were doing through the Live service, then it would be. But since it's not, it's not something they can enforce. They can't even see if it's being done. If they threatened you with it over Live, they can enforce that.

    Hey RBorthwick01,

As long as you have reported the user through Xbox Live, the Enforcement team will be able to investigate. Just a heads up, are unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, or take any related action here on the forums. As long as you've reported
the Gamertag through the Xbox One dashboard, you've done your part!

Thanks for keeping Xbox Live safe for everyone! Juan P sent me here :)
