Joysticks have no vibration in Windows 10

I found out that app is not available in all regions unfortunately and I think it's only available in regions where Xbox Live is supported.

You will probably have to change your region on the Windows 10 PC in order to be able to install this app.

uninstalling, reboot and installing again, step by step

bought new adapter and still don't have vibration.

changed new battery, used other controller, but the vibration still not work

I did some research myself and it does seem like the Xbox Accessories app is not available in Panama since Panama is technically not a supported country for Xbox Live. Therefore a lot of the Xbox Live services will be unavailable to you in your physical
location.

I don't know if this has to do with there being no vibration in the controller when you connect to your PC but I think the Xbox Accessories app is important in making sure the vibration is turned on. Either way, vibration in the controller is something on
by default and should be there when you first use it.

Try reinstalling the drivers for the adapter in case they have partially installed. To do so, you need to uninstall the drivers. Follow these steps to complete this process:

1. Go to your Device Manager.
2. Locate Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows in the Network adapters section.
   
3. Click Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows to bring up the Properties window.
   
4. Click on the Driver tab.
5. On the Driver tab, click the Uninstall button.
   
6. On the confirmation window, check Delete the driver software for this device.
   
7. Unplug the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows and reboot your Windows 10 device. Once the device is back on, plug in the adapter.
   
8. If the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows still does not install, follow all of the above steps thoroughly one more time. If this doesn't work, your adapter needs to be replaced. See How to get service for
   
   your Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows.

If this does not help I recommend trying to connect the controller using a micro USB cable.

i search on internet too, but when i try to install, the button is disabled

Those controller have vibration in my xbox one X, but not on my PC
