Joystick problem

Hello, i'm french and i try to explain my problem in english :

It's been a long time when i play at xbox one. And i have a reccuring problem with my controller, my joystick moves at left and right by itself. This is not a visual movement because the joystick don't move but in game my player move. This is not a visual
movement. It would be annoying that I have to buy a xbox controller again.

PROBLEM JOYSTICK

I'm very disppointed. The joystick xbox one are not solid unlike xbox 360 joystick.

It's not correct because the price is very expensive.....

Hey there!

Sounds like the drift on your thumbstick is pretty frustrating. I can definitely understand that. If you've looked and made sure there's nothing causing the drift in the controller itself, it sounds like your controller may need replacing. If it's still
within warranty, you can also consider a repair through the
Online Service Center.

Hello there,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. The Joystick would need to be compatible with Xbox one. From what I researched, the Logitech extreme joystick is only compatible with windows :

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Windows 8, Windows 7 or Windows Vista

70 MB of available hard disk space

USB port

Internet connection for optional software download

Are you trying to use it with the Adaptive controller? If the box states that it is compatible, then you may need to refer to the owners manual for more information.

I'm not using it with anything at the moment he's plugged it in and nothings happening. As you can tell I'm not good at this.

Hi Elite,

The only way you would be able to use any joystick is through the
adaptive controller. If you are not in need of it, then unfortunately there is no joystick that would be compatible with the Xbox as a stand alone.

Hello Elite,

We recommend that you refer to your owner manual or with the manufacturer itself. As the joystick is only compatible with PC and not the Xbox console.
