Joystick mobility (on screen) is drastically reduced (moving up)

Get it calibrated by a qualified professional and your input lag should be drastically reduced.

I once used mine with rubber covers on the joysticks, and I remember reducing the sound of that part of the controller, do you know which buttons you consider load? apart from the joysticks covers there's nothing that can reduce the sound

Just a tip here, but I would suggest investing in an accordion case. It drastically reduces the wear on your game discs.

That's really odd that you've gone through 4 in a year. I'm still on my same Xbox One controller that I've been using for nearly 4 years now and it works perfectly. :/ A humble question, but do you ever press on the joysticks or the buttons or bumpers
hard or with a lot of force when you're playing? Sometimes people don't realize that they're pushing up really hard on the joystick or pushing the bumper or trigger in really hard, almost clenching their fist as they do it, during really stressful and tense
moments in games (like in FPS games, for example). I would just kindly suggest to make sure you're not putting extra force on the controller when you're holding it or using it. Excercising a lot of strength in your hands will wear out any controller really
fast and drastically reduce its lifespan before it starts having problems like buttons not working, joystick controls drifting, etc.

If you moved the console while the disc was in the tray, then the disc will likely need to be replaced as that kind of damage to the disc is very hard to repair. As for the weird noise, in my experience, that's just the fan attempting to keep up with long
stretches of gameplay. To lower that, I would recommend that the game be installed to the console's hard drive if one is present, which drastically reduces the usage of the disc drive during gameplay and in general lets the console run cooler.
