Joypad will not sync

    Joypad will not sync


    Just updated my joypad to work with the headset adapter and it will not sync since I updated it, I have tried all the suggestions in the support and trouble shooting, before this update everything was working as it should, I have even tried on a friends
    console with no joy, does anybody know of a button combo or something similar to wipe the controller firmware and to try it again?? Because as far as I can see it's a software issue, it seems this is an ongoing thing and Microsoft still has not addressed it
    or similar issues. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I asked for warranty assistance due to the malfunction of the joypad I paid but the exchange never arrived, a month has passed but I have not received anything.
