    I somehow have a suspension from chat services? What the actual hell? I have not been on in 2 days? Says it is for yesterday and last 3 days. My friend said he was on, however he has his own profile. If this does not get resolved I'm do e with xbox live
    altogether. What a joke! I have never had an issue like this before. It's just plain stupid.

    its a joke how you can be banned for doing nothing wrong. i have asked for a refund on my year subscription as i have been banned with a full investigation but nobody asked me what happened. i got banned because i didnt capture a flag in domination. ****
    joke. waste of time contacting customer support as they have no information. how is that support. goodbye xbox

    Investigations do take time, so suspensions are not always issued the same day the action took place. It could have taken place days or weeks ago.
