Joining friends realms

    Joining friends realms


    Whenever I try to join a friends realm Minecraft won't let me.

    I've enabled ALL my Xbox privacy settings and changed my age on my Microsoft profile so I'm at least 18.

    I've tried updating my windows 10 and spent hours looking for a solution for this problem but I haven't found anything helpful yet.

    I'd like to know if there are other things I have yet to try so I can join my friends realm please let me know as soon as possible.

    Can't use my Minecraft Realm

    I did it, and still can't join my realm. Not even my friends can join my realm.

    Realms is available for Windows 10.

    You will either have to buy a realm or join one of your friends realm. It will be under the friends tab in game.

    Hello EugenieWright, I hope everything is going well!

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support!

    If you installed Minecraft beta version, leave the beta and install the stable version:

    1. On Xbox One, sign in with the account that registered for the Minecraft Beta and launch the Xbox Insider Hub.
    2. Navigate to Insider content > Minecraft
    3. Select Manage.
    4. Use the radio button to select Unenroll (Leave this preview), then select Done.
    5. Wait an additional 30-60 minutes after unenrollment completes (Pending no longer appears in the Xbox Insider Hub).
    6. Uninstall Minecraft.
    7. Power cycle the Xbox console by holding down the power button until the console turns off, wait 10 seconds, then turn the console back on.
    8. Reinstall Minecraft from the Ready to Install section of Games & Apps.
