Joining Events

Discus and support Joining Events in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am trying to join events and cannot find a way to do so. Are they restricted to certain levels?     Is everybody looking forward to the new console unveiling??

    I look forward to getting slightly drunk and joining in the tweet along live event that's bound to happen as everyone joins forces to come up with some serious jokes and mockery of this event.
