    Joined xbox live gold but cant play multiplayer


    I just recently got the 12 month xbox live subscription. I restarted my console and tried to play some COD. It didn't let me get in online multiplayer and prompted me to buy xbox live gold again. I went to the xbox live billing page and It told me I had
    already bought xbox live for 12 months but it wont let me get in a multiplayer match. Help me fix this please

    where can i get the xbox live family pack? i think im on xbox live Gold now. i guess thats not family pack? few years ago, when i joined the xbox Live Gold (family), i and my family members could play xbox 360 game LIVE together. now other profile cant play
    LIVE together. why??

    does each profile has to join xbox live gold now to play online together even though we use the same xbox 360 console..???

    is there any way for us to play LIVE together? (on multiplayer game)

    can anybody help me? ive contacted the microsoft support but they didnt really give me the answers to solve the problem..

    To Play online multiplayer you should have an Xbox Live Gold Subscription.Free members can't play online multiplayer by design..That is the reason for which you are getting that Error.

    yes in order to play multiplayer features you must purchase gold



    click xbox live

    and select join xbox live it is a breakdown of gold and free features



    free only allows purchase of non gold content and msging via the console
