    joined rewards did not recieve free game pass


    i joined xbox rewards to get 1 month free game pass i clicked on claim 1 month free game pass nothing happened i check my email and no confirmation order i. checked my memberships no free month pass i went back to reward to try again and its not showing
    i contact ms support heres the id number 1417490456 they asked me to contact you please help

    Xbox is FALSE Advertising

    so I seen a promotion regarding the Xbox live rewards program. It stated sign up to Xbox live rewards and recieve 1 month game pass FREE! However after signing up I got the email saying thanks for joining Xbox live rewards but did not receive the game pass.
    This is false and very misleading and a complete scam into getting people to join Xbox live rewards as far as I man concerned and I am not a happy customer. I hope this is taken seriously and will be sorted out quickly as I am very disappointed I just want
    my free game pass trial like the promotion said.

    Why not join Microsoft Rewards, you earn points for free by doing daily tasks and quizzes, plus web searches. These soon mount up and can be used for Xbox Live Gold subscriptions, Game Pass and much more.

    I have added 18 months of Xbox Live Gold to my account for free by using my Microsoft Rewards points.
