    Join Xbox Live Gold


    I just buy Xbox Live Gold from Microsoft store website.

    The price is ₹ 2,240.

    As shown in Figure 1.

    But the price of Xbox Live Gold shown in my account is ₹ 3,999.

    So, I unsubscribe it. But refunded amount is ₹ -2,240.

    I tried twice.

    The results are the same.

    As shown in Figure 2.

    What problem is it?

    How can I do?
