Join Xbox Live Gold | December Promo (through Xbox One Dashboard) Still waiting for codes

I bought an Xbox live gold subscription via the Xbox One dashboard through a promotion tile that promised 4 (can't remember the exact amount or titles) free games coupons.

The only game i remember (and the one I'm looking forward to most) was Crimson Dragon

I purchased this directly from the tile and the link using my credit card, details below:

December 14th 2015, order number [Mod Removed].

According to the Promo it may take 6-8 weeks, but it's past that and I haven't received anything in my inbox.

Please look into this!

Minecraft with 3 month of gold promo

There was a promo on my dashboard that said I would get minecraft xbox one edition if I got 3 months of gold so I did and im still waiting for my promo code
