    I have been helping a friend so we can play minecraft pe together on iPads at different houses. We created her a microsoft account and got a gamertag. I added her gamertag and it said that we friended each other, but our worlds did not show up so I can't
    join her world. Then she said that microsoft changed her gamertag, so I searched that gamertag, but it said it was not available. We have tried everything and now we can't even be friends. She invited me to her game but I don't get invites. I AM SO DONE AT
    THIS POINT!

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand having issues playing with your friend. If her gamer tag changed it could be possible she signed in with another account. Also, make sure both your privacy settings allow for joining each other. We recommend
    first find out what happened with the account and gamer tag.

    This is happening because of the game version, Minecraft java edition can only be played between the following systems, Windows, Mac, and Linux, with that in mind you will not be able to play with your friend who is on Xbox as it is a different version of the game, which makes cross-platform between you two impossible.
