Discus and support join in party and game. Leader launch in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I own a xbox s game console. When i have member join the party and the game. The game will launch.     Myself and my group have been having significant communication, partying up, and general "glitches" with this release. Sometimes we can't talk to each (in game or even in a party). Also, we have been having issues just partying up. Usually one member
    can't join with the group and we have to keep switching party leader until we can all join together. Some of my friends have to do hard resets several times a day just to play the game. Really a shocking launch for a game.

    As Scratch says, it seems to vary from game to game. For Battlefield 4, you need to start a party and invite friends. If they're also in Battlefield 4 (in which case it becomes a Battlefield 4 party), when you join a game, it'll bring your party with you.
    If party members are in existing games/lobbies, a pop-up notifies you that the party leader/member is joining a match and gives you an option to join with them.
