    Join Gold button in spite of having a valid subscription


    Why the xbox live web page invites me to join Gold in spite of having a valid 12 month Gold subscription? This prevents me from getting the monthly free Xbox 360 Gold games. Xbox One free Gold games are available from the console. thanks

    Are you sure you have a valid Gold Subscription?

    You can't join multiplayer games or party's without it.

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue

    I can see here it says my payment option with that subscription is not valid, which is odd since I've been buying Gold with it since I got my XB1, furthermore, I have a recurring EA Access subscription with that exact card.

    If this is the account you're using, you're not showing as gold here. You may want to verify your subscription at
    Sign in to your Microsoft account If it does show you are supposed to have gold, or if you see any errors, you will need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or

    Thanks for answering. I think it is worth mentioning that I activated the free month Gold in the first place. As with this subscription it was not possible to access free games I redeemed a 12 months subscription. May be is this free month still in effect
    some how? How can I remove it?

    The free month of gold would still show you as gold and allow you to purchase the games with gold. I would suggest contacting support.

    Are you sure you have a valid Gold Subscription?

    You can't join multiplayer games or party's without it.

    Question on Xbox gamepass / gold / gamepass ult / pc gamepass

    Everything is possible in a single account. Just log in to the account in which you have you active subscriptions in at many of the devices you want. You will be able to enjoy the advantages of the subscription according to the device.

    And don't cancel any subscription. If you upgrade to the gold ultimate, all your current validities will be sum. For example; You have a Gold validity of 3 months and Game Pass validity of 1 month. Then the Ultimate subscription validity will be 4 months
