    Hello,

    I have been hosting dedicated Ark servers for a couple years now and for some reason my "join game" grays out randomly while people are playing the game and then people are kicked out. How can I fix this?

    Yup. Because by the tests we did, your connection is normal.

    If it was a connection error, we would have seen a warning.

    I also just tested it on the PC running the server and it says internet is connected, xbox live services up and running, NAT type open, server connectivity is connected, 65ms latency and 0% packet loss

    Apparently everything is ok with your network and the game, friend.

    It could be some instability on Ark's own servers. But in this case, the ideal would be to contact the developer support, to check for possible errors on the server.

    I ran the test on my xbox that I play on and it says the NAT type is open.
