    Hello,

    My friends and I play a couple of different multiplayer online games together like ARK, Conan, & the new Grounded game. Unfortunately, when I start a game (with NAT open, Multiplayer checked, etc) my friends go in to "join game" and it is greyed out and
    they can't join. We absolutely know that it is not a game issue as "join game" is not working for any of the games i listed above. Also, It is not just me when my friend create the game and i try and join the option is greyed out as well.

    Like i said we have done all the normal fixes turn off consule, re-boot internet, checked NAT, checked multi player etc. This only started happening to us after the last xbox update. Did this update screw us up? HELP!!!!

    Also, i can invite them to game and then they can join but the just can't join without having to ask me first. Is there some random button that disallows friends from joining?

    Jack, the best option will be perform an offline update following steps below:
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-ne...

    In that way xbox system will be installed from scratch.

    If the issue persist the best option will be request a repair order

    After it happened with no mans sky its now every game, almost feels like a soft ban.
