JOIN GAME, greyed out (broken service, even though we PAY to have competent programmers)

For the past two days I've been seeing a pattern where JOIN GAME is greyed out on a dedicated XBL user account that hosts ARK: Survival Extinct, but this has happen a dozen of times for other games (Destiny, Halo) as well.

There is no common "cause" or pattern. There is no standard resolution.

What has been done:

• Wired Connection (1gb all around LAN)
• DNS = 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4
• Checked for system updates
• Updated controlelrs
• Monitored static IP, nothing blocked
• NAT'd all XBL requested ports + "established" connections so higher random ports are accepted to XBONE
  
• Reset router (cleared arp table)
• Checked Privacy Settings in XBL, I am an "adult"
• Hard reset, soft reset, sign out / in
• Sent invites (in case account / receiving Network Interface Card was "sleeping")
  
• Sent messages (same reason)
• Search internet and found HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of people have this same problem (with no official answer from MS, no surprise that Rahmidad's pre-typed response didnt work)
  
• "Sat" at JOIN GAME menu option for 35+ mins, no difference
• Opened closed "join" option 1000+times
• User / XBOX is Online when trying to JOIN game.
• I can provide you with any metric on the LAN or WAN side you may need

Why is the Titanfall party system so terrible?

Same here - 3 of us and we can't even join a party together because the party and join game is greyed out. Getting fed up of it all now.

 

"Character not found" Problem

I'm trying to play the game with a friend and no matter how many times we delete and add each other or reset our xboxs we can't play with one another. The "join tab is greyed out and when I search for my friend in the social tab they "don't exist" even
though they're online and playing the game. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks in advance

 

PS, to developers, you are EASILY replaceable with someone who works harder, smarter and "better" than your lazy self.

I am currently having this same problem. Played on the server yesterday and last night. Got up this morning and when I try to join game the option is greyed out.

 

I am having this exact issue as well. I troubleshoot connected electronics for a living. Between myself and my friends (who aren't id10t's) we can't figure out why it would do this. I played fine the first night. Since then I can't get back on.

 

SAME ISSUE, can't get into Ark Unofficial server, why are the people from xbox not helping with an obvious problem!!!!
